The Gallery (H Street) is a new 12-story, 72-unit multifamily project with street-level retail. The project is the first phase of a two-phase development, which also includes a 25,800 SF parcel across the rear alley along Eye Street, NW. Once completed, the entire project will include approximately 185 residential units and more than 10,000 SF of retail.
The Gallery was assembled over the past ten years and represents one of the last available ground-up development sites in downtown Washington, DC. Located just a half block from the Metro (Red/Green/Yellow Lines), the site is at the heart of Washington’s vibrant, 18-hour Chinatown-Penn Quarter-Gallery Place district. This area is home to the 20,000+ seat Capital One Arena, the Shakespeare Theatre Company, the American Museum of Art, the National Portrait Gallery, as well as numerous shopping, dining, and hospitality venues.
